BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

If any of our staff test positive for COVlD-19, they will self-isolate and not come into the med spa. This may mean that we have to cancel your appointment at short notice. We appreciate that this may be inconvenient but it is done entirely for your own safety. If your appointment is cancelled we will re-schedule it as soon as possible.

If you display any symptoms of COVlD-19 – please test and advise us as soon as possible if the results are positive, DO NOT COME TO THE MED SPA

 FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT.

VISITING THE MED SPA

1. Attend appointments as close to your appointment time as possible, DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY as this may mean that you come into contact with other clients who are just leaving.
2. Please attend appointments ALONE.
3. Please wear a face mask if necessary.
4. Please attend appointments with no makeup.
5. Hand sanitiser will be provided.

We will ensure:

1. All surfaces are cleaned between clients.
2. Full PPE (personal protective equipment) will be worn by all staff; gloves, face mask and apron.
3. All tools and equipment will be disinfected or sterilised in line with the specific manufacturers’ instructions for your safety.
4. Wherever possible we will utilise environmentally friendly, single use items during a treatment that will be disposed of safely after use in order to protect from from cross infection.
5. All disposable items are disposed of in separate clinical waste bins.
6. We can confirm that the laundering of clinic uniforms is a priority and we can assure you that all clinic laundry is washed at 60º C.

DURING YOUR TREATMENT

Our staff understand the importance of hand hygiene and will adhere to NHS recommendations.

We will try to make your treatment as safe, comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If you have any concerns about your treatments, please let us know and we will do what we can to allay your concerns.

AFTER TREATMENT

All of these procedures have been implemented for your safety and that of our staff. We will continue to take advice from the Government and the NHS regarding safe practice and will amend them as necessary.
